Yatan Ahluwalia grows about 42 types of seasonal and exotic fruits on a fourteen acre of certified organic fruit orchard in Kangar, a quite village on a remote hilltop in Northernmost Punjab. He moved to his farms in the year 2011 and produces his own pulse, wheat, milk, oil and spices. The whole of his estate is environment friendly and self sustained as all of it is run by solar power and has its own biogas and organic manure. The nature of his harvest varies a lot as the location is blessed by 5 distinct seasons.
