Mr. Brinder has been doing organic farming on his land since the last 20+ years. He has a farm in Rampur UP and Hoshiarpur Punjab. A multi tasker that he is , he has mango and guava orchards , runs a dairy, grows multiple other crops ( mustard, wheat , rice etc) and grows red and yellow capcicum in poly houses. He is also growing strawberries since the last 5 years.
100% organic flour, it yields about 1/5th the regular wheat, hence the price is higher. This is an ancient emmer type of wheat. Regular wheat has approx 13% gluten while this variety, sona moti, has about 2-3%.< .. Read more
